Welcome to "Burning CEO" (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Burning CEO ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services

"Burning CEO" provides personal and business support services, including but not limited to personal errands, lifestyle management, business support, event planning, and travel arrangements ("Services"). These Services are provided subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Services. All service payments are due in full prior to the commencement of any services. Payments made to BurningCEO for services are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, and no exceptions will be made. Once a payment has been completed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Products. For product orders, all items are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by Printful. BurningCEO is not responsible for the processing, fulfillment, or shipping of these orders. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product order, payment, or shipment, please contact Printful directly for assistance.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, refund, compensation, credit, or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
